The members of COM.IT.ES Board of Directors are Italian nationals elected by fellow Italian nationals residing in the area.

COM.IT.ES, in collaboration with the Italian Consular Authorities, the Italian Regional government offices, and local organizations promotes the interests of the local Italian community by organizing social and cultural events, and by offering assistance in matters such as schooling, training, entertainment and spare time.
